Shipping policy

When will I get my order? It takes 2-5 business days to fulfill an order before being shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as arriving within 2-5 business days once fulfilled.

 My order hasn't been shipped yet, what's going on? There are rare occurrences when an order can get stuck in transit or mishandled by the carrier.  If you have not received your order within 7-10 business days please notify us immediately so we can follow through with the carrier and get the issue resolved.

Where will my order ship from? We ship from Riverside, California. 

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do? Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

● Ask your local post office if they have your package

● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them. If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at realignedenergyllc@gmail.com with your order number. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we offer free returns for 30 days.
